In addition to the New World Group Privacy Policy Statement (“NWG’s Privacy Policy Statement”) and the Privacy Policy Statement (“Privacy Policy Statement”) of Hong Kong Golf & Tennis Academy Management 公司名稱 Limited (“HKGTA”) and Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”) of HKGTA , the terms set out in the PRC Addendum (“Addendum”) (Please refer to the NWG’s Privacy Policy Statement (https://nwd.com.hk/privacy-policy), the Privacy Policy Statement (https://www.hkgta.com/privacy-policy), the Addendum (https://www.hkgta.com/prc-addendum) and the PICS (https://www.hkgta.com/personal-information-collection-statement) are applicable to:

1. an individual located in Mainland China who visits or uses the relevant website(s) or mobile application(s) of HKGTA, or otherwise uses or attends HKGTA’s premises, facilities, events, programmes, products and/or services by phone or any other means from Mainland China; and/or
2. an individual holding a Mainland China passport and/or resident identity card who visits, uses or attends HKGTA’s premises, facilities, events and/or programmes in Hong Kong or otherwise uses HKGTA’s products and/or services by phone or any other means in Hong Kong,

whose personal data is processed by HKGTA.

For the present purpose, Mainland China refers to the People’s Republic of China excluding the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”), the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan. In addition, “NWG” means New World Development 公司名稱 Limited and its affiliated or related companies.

Before using our products and/or services or providing any personal data to us, please read and understand the NWG’s Privacy Policy Statement, the Privacy Policy Statement, the Addendum and PICS of HKGTA, including but not limited to the following contents:

1. In connection with the provision of our products and/or services, it will be necessary to collect personal data and sensitive personal data from you. For your information, under the applicable data protection laws and regulations in Mainland China, sensitive personal data refers to personal data that once leaked or illegally used, may easily lead to the violation of the personal dignity of a natural person or harm of personal and property safety. Such sensitive personal data may include identity card number (or passport number, where applicable), residential address, marital status, special health condition, Log Files, tracking information about your use of our academy premises, facilities, events and programmes, the Application and/or the Website (as the case may be) and transaction information (including your payment information, academy credit details, characteristics and transaction behaviour on the Application and/or the Website (as the case may be) (“Tracking Data”) and the relevant account metadata, transactional and/or activity records under or relating to your account(s) with the relevant club(s)/loyalty programme(s) operated by us, our relevant Affiliates and/or relevant Marketing Partners (if applicable, as the case may be), browsing history on the Application, Website and/or third party website browser (and where such third party browser is involved, the personal data we may collect will depend upon your privacy setting with the website browser) and personal data of minors aged under 18. Please note that we may not be able to provide our products and/or services without collection of the aforesaid personal data and sensitive personal data.
2. Please note that the collected personal data and sensitive personal data will only be used in connection with the provision of our products and services and for the Purposes as set out in Clause 3 of the Addendum and the terms in the PICS. Your personal data will be kept for no longer than necessary for the fulfilment of the Purposes. For details please refer to Clause 8 of the NWG’s Privacy Policy Statement.
3. The collected personal data may be processed in Hong Kong and/or by third party service providers in Hong Kong and may be shared with NWG and joint venture companies (together referred to as “Affiliates”) and also our Marketing Partners for direct marketing or cross marketing as defined in Clause 16 of the NWG’s Privacy Policy Statement and Clauses 3 and 6 of the Addendum. Please refer to Clause 16 of the NWG’s Privacy Policy Statement and Clauses 3 and 6 of the Addendum for further details.
4. Your personal data (including sensitive personal data) will be transferred to and/or stored in or outside Mainland China.  For further details, please refer to Clause 7 of the Addendum.

This document is written in English and Chinese.  If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
